Sales Manager

We are expanding the team and looking for a Client Relations Manager who can effectively communicate with our English-speaking clients and support them at every stage of cooperation.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an active and proactive Client Relations Manager with English proficiency. The ideal candidate should be able to build rapport with clients, be responsible, and capable of handling large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations with potential and existing international partners

• Expand the client base

• Provide consultations to clients regarding employment opportunities in EU countries, assist with documentation, and help them choose the right job offer

• Support clients throughout all stages of collaboration, including preparation of visa application documents

• Maintain and regularly update the client database in the CRM system

• Coordinate and resolve ongoing client issues

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of customer service

Requirements:

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (call centers, sales, or hospitality will be an advantage). We are open to candidates with no experience but a strong desire to learn

• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, ability to learn and adapt

• Multitasking skills and stress resilience
