QA Engineer — Team Lead (On-Site, Uzhhorod)

Salary: $2500/month (net)

Location: Uzhhorod, Ukraine — In-office only

We’re seeking an experienced QA Engineer Team Lead to head our in-house quality assurance efforts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can lead a small team, and aren’t afraid to dive into both manual and automated testing, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a QA team (2−4 engineers)

• Define, implement, and improve QA processes

• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting

• Drive automation efforts where appropriate

• Ensure product quality across multiple releases

Requirements

1. 4+ years in QA, 1+ in a lead role
2. Strong experience with test case management and bug tracking tools
3. Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5. Solid English (B1+)

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-availability systems

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Basic unit test experience
• Basic c# experience
