What you’ll do:

• Check and validate documents related to payments (invoices for goods & transport)
• Process supplier payments and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Verify consistency between purchase orders, invoices, and received goods
• Analyze orders and identify any discrepancies
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues
• Work closely with international teams (France & Romania)

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience is a plus, but not required — we will teach you!

• English level: B2 or higher
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
