Job description

Vacancy:

Logistics Coordinator for International Freight (USА)

Responsibilities:

Organize and monitor freight transportation in the USA direction.
Communicate with clients and partners regarding delivery, deadlines, and transportation conditions.
Calculate and optimize routes, track cargo movement.
Prepare transport and supporting documentation.
Resolve operational issues (delays, route changes, etc.).
Maintain reporting and shipment database.

Requirements:

Experience in logistics is a plus (but not mandatory — we provide training).
Confident PC user.
English level Intermediate or higher (for business correspondence and negotiations).
Ability to work in multitasking mode and solve problems quickly.

Requirements:

Work schedule: 5/2, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Kyiv time).
Salary: base rate + performance bonuses (to be discussed during the interview).
Internship — 15,000 UAH.
