Customer Operations Manager (USA Market)

Atlas Recruiting is looking for a Customer Operations Manager — USA Market for an international company specializing in freight transportation across the United States. The position is office-based in Lviv, Kyiv, or Kryvyi Rih

What you will do:

• Coordinate the freight transportation process;
• Communicate in English with American brokers and drivers by phone;
• Assist in resolving issues related to freight delivery;
• Handle business correspondence via email;
• Work with a CRM system and internal corporate software;
• Prepare and verify transportation documentation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
• Can effectively work in a multitasking environment;
• Can quickly analyze information and find solutions;
• Is responsible, well-organized, and able to manage their time effectively;
• Is motivated to grow professionally and willing to learn new things.

Work schedule:

• Morning shift: 09:00—19:00 (4/4)
• Morning shift: 09:00—19:00 (5/2)
• Day shift: 15:00—01:00 (4/4)
• Day shift: 15:00—01:00 (5/2)
• Night shift: 23:00—09:00 (4/4)
