Driver

Safer Access is a Canadian-owned, Ukrainian-led company that has been operating since 2018 in the fields of security, training, and specialized transportation. Since 2022, we have maintained an office in Ukraine and support humanitarian, diplomatic, and corporate missions across the country and abroad. Due to the expansion of our operations, we are opening a Driver position in Kyiv.

Requirements:

• Valid Category B driver’s license (additional categories will be an advantage).
• 3−5 years of active driving experience, including long-distance and intercity routes.
• Strong knowledge of Kyiv, major routes, detours, and key transportation corridors across Ukraine.
• Clean driving record, with no serious traffic violations and a strong commitment to road safety.
• Ability to maintain the vehicle in proper technical condition, including basic diagnostics, understanding of key systems, and monitoring fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Willingness to undertake frequent business trips, including international travel.
• Fluent Ukrainian; English at B1 level or higher, with the ability to communicate with international partners and operate during cross-border missions.
• Experience in the following areas will be an advantage: international organizations, embassies, and NGOs; corporate clients; VIP passengers or structured security protocols; international border procedures and documentation; basic first aid skills.
• Personal qualities: a high sense of responsibility, punctuality, stress resilience, attention to detail, neat appearance, politeness, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring safe and reliable transportation for team members, partners, and guests across Kyiv, Ukraine, and internationally.
• Transportation along pre-planned routes, including airport transfers, meetings, training sessions, and field activities.
• Conducting regular vehicle inspections and monitoring technical condition.
• Maintaining all required documentation and driving logs.
• Compliance with road traffic regulations and internal safety protocols.
• Providing administrative and logistical support as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality, professional communication, and high-quality service standards.
