Job description
Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.
Employer information:
This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements.
Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
About the role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who will secure new business and grow revenue for the company. This is a pure deal-origination role: it does not include account management, project management, delivery, technical execution, or day-to-day client communication — all client calls and ongoing communication are handled by our US-based team.
You will work independently to source and qualify opportunities, then hand them off internally once a deal is ready to move forward. The focus of this role is generating pipeline and closing agreements, not managing existing accounts.
What you will do:
- Secure new business and grow revenue.
- Proactively source outbound opportunities, including partnerships, referrals, and warm outreach.
- Qualify opportunities and drive them to signed agreements.
- Coordinate internally with the US team during deal handoff.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth, without taking on account management or delivery responsibilities.
What we are looking for:
- You have proven experience in business development or lead generation for IT services,software development companies, or SaaS.
- You have a clear track record of originating or closing deals with budgets of $20,000+.
- You understand how custom software projects are priced and sold.
- You have strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- You can work independently and stay focused on results.

- New qualified opportunities created.
- Pipeline value generated.
- Deals secured / revenue influenced.
