Data Researcher

Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.

This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Research individuals and companies using minimal input such as name, company, industry, or location
• Identify and validate accurate LinkedIn profiles and business information
• Find and verify professional email addresses using research and enrichment tools
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases for outreach campaigns
• Support email outreach activities, including contact list preparation and data validation
• Cross-check data for accuracy and avoid false matches or duplicate records
• Document findings clearly and follow structured workflows
• Adapt quickly to changes in tools, processes, and research requirements

What we are looking for:

• Experience with email outreach, lead generation, contact discovery, or email marketing campaigns
• Strong research skills, including LinkedIn, Google search operators, and data enrichment tools
• Understanding of email verification, deliverability, and maintaining high-quality contact data
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately validate and organize information
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and pattern recognition skills
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Hunter, Snov.io, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales workflows
• Background in B2B sales, recruitment research, or prospecting
