Responsibilities

• Monitor driver logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records for compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.

• Communicate with drivers regarding log activities and compliance requirements.

• Assist drivers and dispatch personnel with HOS-related questions and trip planning.

• Monitoring driver behavior on the road through the Samsara program (Dashcam / Safety systems) and fleet management platforms.

• Review and investigate safety events, including speeding, harsh braking, seatbelt violations, distracted driving, following distance, and traffic violations.

• Communicate safety concerns and coaching opportunities to drivers professionally and constructively.

• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, corrective actions, and driver coaching sessions.

Requirements

• English language level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.

• Confident use of a computer (Google Sheets, browser, monitoring programs).

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to quickly analyze information and make decisions.

• Experience in a logistics or transportation company would be an advantage.

• Full-time — 2:30 p.m. — 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, office work, remote work not considered
