Grant, Partnerships Manager

Gen.Ukrainian
- Kyiv
- Full-time
About the job
About Us
Gen.Ukrainian was created in 2022 with one question: how do we protect childhood when war becomes part of growing up?
We started with direct psychological support for children affected by some of the most severe consequences of war. Since then, our work has grown into a broader system: we develop and test support programmes, study how war affects children’s mental health and development, train professionals, and work with public institutions to bring effective approaches into practice at scale.
Our goal is to ensure that war does not define the future of a generation of Ukrainian children.

- Assess donor priorities, eligibility criteria, and fit with Gen.Ukrainian programmes.
- Prepare grant applications and donor reports in English and Ukrainian.
- Work with programme and finance teams on project concepts, budgets, and supporting documents.
- Manage donor requirements, reporting deadlines, amendments, audits, and due diligence.
