Job description

Fineline Global is a rapidly growing world leader in the printed circuit board (PCB) trading industry. We offer comprehensive services ranging from the development of prototypes and PCB samples to production and delivery. We think globally and act locally, serving various market sectors, including medical, automotive, telecommunications, industrial, and consumer electronics worldwide.

Position Summary/Objective: The Financial Controller is responsible for the thorough review and analysis of group subsidiaries. The role involves preparation of detailed financial analysis, creating analysis files, and generating management reports. Additionally, plays a key role in preparing group financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports, overseeing working capital and tax compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing monthly financial closing, conducting reviews and analysis of group subsidiaries, including detailed financial analysis and segmented data reports.
  • Preparation of quarterly group financial statements notes.
  • Participation in annual budget cycle.
  • Supporting annual group audit and mandatory audits for local subsidiaries.
  • Regular control of working capital items — AR, AP, Inventory.
  • Preparation of regular performance analysis reports for subsidiaries management.
  • Maintenance and control of the chart of accounts.
  • Ongoing review of operational and financial expenses, manual journals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Overseeing tax and regulatory compliance of group subsidiaries.
  • Implementation of finance best practices and continuous improvement through control reviews.
  • Regular maintenance and updates of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ACCA/CIMA or similar qualification would be an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role related to Financial analysis, Controlling or Audit.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS.
  • Strong understanding of financial management practises.
  • Experience in supporting annual audits.
  • English — at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal).
  • Experience of working in international environment is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience of working with ERP software. Experience with SAP (S/4HANA) would be an advantage.
