Afterhours Dispatcher (morning)

Intelix росте, і ми шукаємо Afterhours Dispatcher (8:00—17:00 за українським часом) який хоче стати частиною команди та робити внесок у стабільну та ефективну роботу нашої компанії.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Previous experience as a dispatcher in a trucking or logistics company is preferred (6 month+).
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Multitasking skills and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. geography and trucking/logistics processes.
• Computer literacy; experience with TMS and office software.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipments in the system to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries.
• Coordinate drivers during night-time U.S. operations, provide instructions, and resolve unexpected issues.
• Handle incoming calls and messages from drivers and customers.
• Respond promptly to road incidents, equipment issues, or delivery delays.
• Update load statuses in the TMS and keep accurate records.
• Prepare and send detailed handover reports to the day team.
