Job description

We are hiring a high-level US freight dry van dispatcher with strong spot market negotiation skills.

This position is for someone who understands market cycles, broker leverage, and how to maximize weekly gross for owner-operators.

Must be experienced with DAT and other Load Boards.

Responsibilities:

Manage trucks in the spot market

Negotiate aggressively with brokers

Maintain high weekly gross revenue

Plan reloads strategically

Minimize deadhead

Handle detention claims professionally

Communicate clearly with drivers

Requirements:

1+ years dispatching US carriers

Advanced DAT load board knowledge

Strong broker negotiation skills

Experience with MC checks and factoring

Ability to work US time zones 08:00- 17:00 USA (15:00 — 24:00 UA)

Compensation:

30 000 UAH — 90 000 UAH

Competitive monthly salary (based on proven experience)
