Compliance Assistant

We are looking for a motivated junior specialist to support regulatory compliance processes for consumer goods in Switzerland. This role is a good fit for someone in the beginning of their career who has a basic legal background, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with English-language materials.

Tasks

• Search for information about product requirements within EU and Swiss regulations
• Help check for specific certificates/documents that are needed for different products
• Review and organize documentation provided by suppliers (certificates, test reports, declarations, etc.)
• Assist in maintaining internal guidelines and checklists related to product compliance

We expect

• English level B1-B2 (working with documentation and written materials)
• Basic legal education or understanding of legal/regulatory topics
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to research, analyze, and systemize information
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in an international environment
