Accounts Receivable Specialist, Accounting Assistant (US Trucking)

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments and managing fuel-related operations. Your role involves accurate tracking of receivables and optimization of fuel expenses.

Key Responsibilities Invoice Tracking and Management:

• Ensure all invoices are paid on time and follow up on overdue payments
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

Debt Collection:

• Recover overdue payments through effective communication and negotiation
• Initiate bond claims and collection actions when required

Fuel Logistics:

• Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel cards
• Issue EFS codes and track fuel-related expenses

Claims and Compliance:

• File and monitor bond claims to ensure successful recovery of funds
• Handle collection cases efficiently, minimizing financial loss

Qualifications

• Proven experience in collections, finance, or a related field (logistics experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills when working with clients and internal teams
• English — confident working proficiency (both written and spoken)

Work Schedule

• Monday — Friday
• 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM CST (16:00 — 01:00 Kyiv time)
• Remote position
