Sales Support Specialist (Remote)

Company: Braanch Interactive Inc. Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract (9 months with ability to extend)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support our sales operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team in managing client relationships, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing inventory. This is a fully remote role, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the digital advertising and ad tech industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesRTB & Campaign Management

  • Monitor and track inventory within Real-Time Bidding (RTB) platforms.
  • Optimize RTB campaigns by monitoring spend, pacing, and bid gaps, and flagging any issues.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve result.
  • Assist with basic campaign setup and adjustments for advertisers.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team by preparing and allocating inventory for buyers.
  • Support deals renewals by tracking timelines.
  • Manage flash sales initiatives to help offload inventory and support revenue goals.
  • Generate lists of advertising zones suitable for specific advertisers.

Prospecting & Client Management

  • Support prospecting efforts by researching and identifying potential new clients.
  • Assist with pipeline management by drafting initial outreach and follow-up emails for review.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
  • Support onboarding and servicing of new buyers until they are fully integrated into the platform.

Performance Reporting & Optimization

  • Pull and prepare weekly performance reports, including revenue, top-performing zones, key buyers, and underperforming areas.
  • Audit ad zones and match buyer demand to available inventory.
  • Proactively highlight growth opportunities (e.g., scaling potential buyers or under-monetized zones).

Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Language: Excellent written and spoken English (required).
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in digital advertising, ad tech, affiliate marketing, or media buying is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with CPM/CPC models and RTB environments is a strong advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
