Job description

Content Manager (AI + Social Media) — Remote

We’re looking for a content manager to handle our Medium, LinkedIn, and Instagram and consistently produce high-quality, engaging content.

What you’ll do:

  • Write and publish articles on Medium (business, AI, trends)
  • Use AI tools to generate content, but refine it so it feels natural, human, and insightful (no obvious AI tone)
  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Create Instagram Stories regularly
  • Design carousel posts based on актуальные темы (AI, business insights, trends)
  • Stay on top of trends and suggest content ideas proactively

Requirements:

  • Strong writing skills in English
  • Ability to work with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) and make content feel human
  • Understanding of business & AI topics
  • Basic sense of visual content (carousels, structure, hooks)
  • Consistency — content should be delivered daily

Work format:

  • Remote
  • Official work experince + providing recommendtions letters
  • Payment month a month to your bank account in USD
  • 5 days per week
  • Flexible schedule (as long as daily content is delivered)

Compensation:

  • $300/month
  • Starting 4th month $350/month
  • After 8 months $400/month
  • After 1 year $450/month

Important: We need someone who can think, edit, and make content feel real and engaging.
