Freight Broker, брокер вантажних перевезень (US Market)

We are an AI driven IT company building advanced Voice AI agents and automation tools for the US freight brokerage industry. We combine logistics expertise with cutting edge technology to help brokers automate carrier sourcing, rate negotiations, and load management. This role is a unique mix of traditional brokerage operations and technology driven process optimization. You will manage loads end to end while actively working with our AI tools, testing workflows, and contributing to improving internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking loads with US freight forwarders and brokers
• Sourcing and securing carriers for company freight
• Managing loads from rate confirmation to final delivery
• Maintaining constant communication with carriers
• Monitoring load execution and resolving issues proactively
• Updating load statuses and maintaining accurate system records
• Preparing and verifying shipping documentation including BOL and POD
• Negotiating rates and service conditions with carriers
• Using company AI tools for carrier booking and load management
• Providing feedback to the product team to improve AI workflows and automation

Requirements

• Proven experience as Freight Broker Carrier Sales Representative in the US freight market
• Strong negotiation and carrier relationship management skills
• Understanding of full load lifecycle and end to end freight operations
• Comfort working with digital tools and technology platforms
• High level of responsibility and ownership mindset
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• English proficiency required
• Interest in working at the intersection of logistics and technology
