Job description

Our client is a fast-growing international fintech company (Malta, UK) operating in the payments and acquiring space. The business is part of a group of companies building scalable payment infrastructure across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all key meetings alongside the Founder
  • Maintain full visibility across all company projects and operations
  • Coordinate work between teams (Product, Sales, Payments, Partnerships, etc.)
  • Manage priorities, timelines, and execution quality across the company
  • Identify bottlenecks and resolve operational challenges
  • Communicate with partners and key stakeholders
  • Support new product launches and market expansionLead and align cross-functional projectsImprove and build internal processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in banking / fintech / payment systems
  • Background as a Project / Program / Operations Manager
  • Understanding of acquiring, payment infrastructure, and processing
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of ownership and independenceStrong communication skills
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in fast-growing companies
  • Experience scaling products or entering new markets
