Embedded Software Engineer

The main goal of this role is to create a reliable and efficient product, achieving this through the development and integration of embedded software with the hardware platform, so that the user/operator receives a device that operates stably and meets technical standards.

The focus of this role:

• Development and integration of embedded software for flight control systems, navigation and BPLA sensors.
• Creation and improvement of autopilot algorithms: stabilization, altitude retention, routing, obstacle avoidance, return «Home», etc.
• Optimization of stabilization algorithms and work in real time.
• Firmware testing on hardware prototypes and simulators, detection and elimination of critical errors.
• Increasing energy efficiency: optimizing battery use to increase flight time.
• Ensuring software compliance with industry security standards.
• Preparation of firmware for large-scale production: adaptation to various products and quick integration of new modules.
• Cooperation with hardware engineers to coordinate the operation of sensors, controllers and communication modules.

This role is NOT about:

• Development of corporate websites, portals or E‑commerce solutions.
• Creation of mobile applications for users or internal business‑systems.

• Administration of servers, databases or cloud infrastructure.
• Support for corporate networks, cyber security of office systems or HelpDesk‑ functions.
• Development of ERP, CRM, accounting or HR‑ systems.
• Business‑data analytics, BI‑reports or integration with financial systems.
• UX/UI‑design of interfaces for end users.

For which he is personally responsible:

• Firmware quality and reliability for flight control and autopilot systems.
• Integration of sensors, controllers and communication modules into a single system.
• Compliance with technical safety standards and certification.
