🔥 About the Role

• We are looking for a hands-on CTO to lead architecture, technology decisions, and the development team from the ground up.
• This is a builder role — not corporate management.
• You will work directly with the founder to design and build a scalable SaaS platform used daily by service companies across the U.S.

🧱 What You Will Own

• Full system architecture (modular monolith → scalable system)
• Backend platform (.NET / SQL Server)
• Frontend architecture (React/Angular)
• Real-time systems (dispatch board, scheduling, SignalR)
• API design (REST + OpenAPI)
• Engineering team hiring and leadership
• Code quality, standards, and performance

🧠 Requirements

• 8+ years in software development
• 3+ years in technical leadership / architect / CTO role
• Strong experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core)
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Ability to lead engineers and make independent decisions

• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets / SignalR)
• Experience with scheduling / logistics / dispatch systems
• Experience scaling systems and teams
• Startup or product-building experience
