Job description
SA TRUCKING INC
At SA TRUCKING INC, we are a growing team that values reliability, communication, and strong support for our drivers. We are currently looking for a responsible and motivated individual to join our team as an After-Hours Support Specialist.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor driver status, tracking, and updates
- Assist drivers with breakdowns and find repair solutions
- Handle delays, appointments, and load-related issues
- Coordinate lumpers, detention, layover, and TONU requests
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and vendors
- Support dispatch with urgent after-hours needs
What we’re looking for:
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in trucking/logistics is a plus
- Comfortable working night/weekend shifts
- Basic computer skills (tracking systems, email, load boards)
