About the Project:

You will be working with a UK-based company operating in the legal and real estate sectors, supporting internal processes and documentation workflows.

This role is focused on structured operational workflows and documentation management within an international project environment.

Important: this is not a legal role.

You will not provide legal advice, represent clients, or act as a legal specialist.

You will mainly work with systems, documentation, and internal processes.

The position is fully back-office: no calls and no direct client communication.

Key Functions:

Support structured case workflows and internal processes:

  • Set up and maintain cases in internal systems (Leap — Legal Case Management System)
  • Organize and maintain structured digital files (OneDrive / SharePoint)
  • Create and manage documentation following standardized naming conventions and folder structures
  • Support basic compliance-related processes (document checks and verification workflows such as KYC / AML)
  • Collect, organize, and maintain client documentation in line with internal requirements
  • Coordinate e-signature processes via DocuSign / Adobe Sign
  • Update and track case progress using Monday.com and internal tracking spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Support financial and process-related steps (payment coordination, invoice preparation, property searches via relevant online systems)
  • Work with systems such as Cashroom for financial coordination
  • Ensure all records and documentation are accurate, well-structured, and ready for internal review
  • Use Microsoft Outlook for day-to-day communication and coordination with the UK-based team

Required Experience / Characteristics:

  • Advanced written English (B2+ level)
  • Good spoken English for internal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
  • High level of responsibility and ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines (SLA-driven work)
  • Experience in operations, administration, or document-heavy roles is a plus
  • Comfortable working with repetitive but important tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively flag issues
  • Reliable, consistent, and process-oriented mindset

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 11:30 AM — 8:00 PM (Kyiv time)
  • 1-hour lunch break
