Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher (USA)

Requirements

• English level B2+
• Experience in sales or customer service would be a benefit.
• If you’re not experienced but have confidence and a desire to increase your income, we’re here to teach you everything you need to know.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, quick decision-maker, eager to earn more.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates for shipments with U.S. customers.
• Coordinate shipments and communicate with drivers and carriers.
• Track loads, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in the system.
