Job description
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction or fit-out.
- Hands-on experience with document control platforms: Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Asite,
- Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- English at an intermediate level or above (project documentation is in English).
- Excellent organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Work conditions:
- Fully remote — work from anywhere in Ukraine.
- Engagement model: B2B / contractor agreement with a private entrepreneur (ФОП). ФОП registration is on the contractor’s side;
- Fee: 25,000 — 35,000 UAH per month, paid once a month, on time. Taxes and unified social contribution are on the contractor’s side.
- Probation period: 1−3 months.
- Training and certifications on industry platforms.
- International construction projects with English-language documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and keep the register of issued drawings up to date; control revisions and versions.
- Upload drawings and documentation to multiple platforms — Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Asite, SharePoint — and to client/project portals.
- Collect technical data sheets from suppliers and manufacturers, compile them, and issue to project teams.
- Same workflow for samples — receive from suppliers, log, forward for approval, and track status.
- Distribute documentation to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients in line with project deadlines.
- Support design approvals and resolve documentation queries promptly.
- Conduct quality assurance checks — accuracy, version control, template and ISO compliance.
- Log incoming and outgoing documentation; ensure fast retrieval.
- Liaise with design teams, procurement, and site teams to keep information flowing accurately.
