About Us
INNELS is a marketplace management agency. We help brands grow on Amazon across multiple international markets — UK, US, EU, AU, and beyond. We are also helping with other marketplaces like Bol.com, Allegro, TikTok Shop. Our team is lean, fast-moving, and data-driven.
We’re now at a stage where we need to bring in someone to take full ownership of our outbound sales engine.
The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager who can own and scale our outbound sales operation end-to-end — from strategy and ICP targeting to outreach execution and pre-call qualification.
Right now, our outbound function runs on cold email (Instantly), database sourcing, and automation tool. We have two people handling the day-to-day — technical setup +outreach execution. What we’re missing is someone who sits above the process, thinks strategically, tests hypotheses, and makes sure the right people are being contacted with the right message at the right time.
This role starts part-time but is designed to grow into a full sales manager position as you prove your impact.
What You’ll Own
Sales Strategy & ICP Development
- Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile — by category, geography, seller size, brand maturity
- Develop outreach hypotheses and segment the database accordinglyю
- Track database coverage — how much of our addressable market we’ve contacted, what’s left, where to expand
- Identify when and how to supplement with additional data sources beyond existing ones.
Outreach & Messaging
- Own cold email strategy — messaging frameworks, A/B testing, reply rate analysis.
- Ensure that when prospects reply, they’re promptly and correctly handled to convert into booked calls.
- Collaborate with our external deliverability partner to ensure email infrastructure is healthy (domains, inboxes, warmup, sending limits).
- Explore and implement AI-powered approaches to personalization, lead scoring, and sequence optimization.
- Stay on top of what’s working in cold outreach and proactively bring new ideas.
Technical Oversight
- You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you need to understand how the stack works (Instantly, Apollo, Clay, Zapier) and be able to identify when something’s broken or suboptimal
- Manage the relationship with our external technical agency.
- Flag when we need more domains, more inboxes, or a different sending approach.
Team Management
- Give clear tasks to sales assistants and monitor KPIs.
- Run regular reviews — what’s performing, what’s not, what to test next
- Reporting.
Marketing Collaboration
- Work with our marketing team to align inbound and outbound.
You’re a Strong Fit If You Have
- 2+ years in a B2B outbound sales or SDR role, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with cold email infrastructure and tools (Instantly or equivalent, Apollo, Clay, or similar).
- Understanding of lead generation databases and ICP segmentation.
- Experience running or managing A/B tests on messaging and sequences.
- Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable pulling numbers and making decisions from data.
- Excellent written and spoken English — this is a hard requirement, as English is our primary working language and directly affects your ceiling in this role (sales calls, client communication, team coordination).
- Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work and proactive about finding new ways to apply them — whether for personalization, reporting, research, or workflow automation.
- Ability to manage people and hold them accountable without being a bottleneck yourself.
- Experience in sales calls/pre-qualification calls. Initially, the founders take all discovery calls. But ideally we want someone who can help with sales calls in the future.
Bonus (not required):
- Experience in an Amazon agency or e-commerce services company.
- Experience managing external vendors or technical partners.
