English Teacher

We are looking for an experienced teacher to our friendly team to conduct corporate English classes for the company’s staff.

Requirements:

• C1-C2 level of English proficiency, international language certification would be an asset (CAE, CPE, IELTS, TOEFL)

• University Degree in teaching, linguistics or translation, or an international teaching certification (TKT, CELTA, TESOL, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience teaching adults from Elementary to Advanced (both group and individual classes)
• Familiarity with and using a variety of online tools / boards / applications for a more effective and engaging learning process
• Strong communication and organizational skills, creativity and flexibility
• Openness to feedback, responsibility and punctuality in meeting the deadlines
• Commitment to professional growth as well as being self-motivated, patient and disciplined

Will be a plus:

Experience in:

• teaching English for HR, Recruitment, Marketing, etc.
• teaching intensive courses
• conducting English Speaking Clubs
• tailoring learning programs for specific needs

Main responsibilities:

• Teaching regular English classes to adults from Beginner to Advanced (both group and individual classes)
• Mandatory small daily reports on the classes, tracking students' attendance
• Partaking in various activities in the team: team meetings, tailoring teaching programs and learning materials, etc.

Possible additional tasks:

• Conducting grammar intensive courses and grammar lectures
• Conducting Speaking clubs for specific needs (Recruitment, Marketing, HR, etc.)
• Proofreading and / or translation tasks from various company business units
• Assessing English proficiency of the company’s staff and candidates for positions
