About the Role

We are looking for a Structural BIM Engineer specializing in reinforced concrete structures who can confidently work in a BIM environment, understand structural behavior, and independently manage assigned project tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop reinforced concrete structural solutions (slabs, beams, columns, foundations)
• Create and maintain BIM models in Revit
• Prepare construction drawings and documentation
• Develop structural details and connections
• Coordinate with Architecture and MEP teams
• Prepare models and files for client delivery

Requirements:

• Experience with reinforced concrete structures
• Understanding of structural behavior, load transfer, and reinforcement principles
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience preparing working documentation
• Ability to read English-language drawings and project requirements
• English level: A2-B1 or higher

• Responsibility and ownership
• Attention to detail and systematic work approach
• Independence and proactive communication
• Team collaboration skills

Desirable:

• Experience with international projects
• Experience in BIM teams
• Knowledge of Navisworks, ACC, or BIM 360
• Understanding of US/UK standards
• Experience with 3D reinforcement detailing
