Insiders is a fast-growing IT company with a team of over 200 specialists. We build innovative digital products and technology solutions for businesses. We are actively scaling and looking for a Recruiter who will help us grow a strong team.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, Work, Robota and other platforms
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Organize and coordinate all stages of the interview process
• Support and guide candidates from the first contact through to onboarding

Requirements:

• Proficiency in working with job platforms and LinkedIn
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
