Project Manager, Business Analyst (merge of roles)

Empire National Inc. is a premier logistics and transportation company based in the USA.

Our IT department is building a custom CRM to connect all business processes. We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst / Project Manager (merge of roles) who will drive requirements from idea to real results, interact with users and shape the product’s future.

Location in Kyiv: business center ‘CityZen', metro station Vasylkivska

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00—14:00 remote, 15:00—19:00 in-office

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Create clear tasks for IT developers (user stories, specs)
• Control task execution and ensure results match requirements
• Present new features to users
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders
• Develop guides and documentation
• Collect and analyze user feedback for product improvement

Requirements:

• 1+ year' experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Familiar with AI
• Understanding of client-server architecture
• Project documentation skills: requirements, agreements, summaries
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems, mobile applications, ClickUp
• English level: B1 (Intermediate)
