    Job Description

    G-Accon is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manual QA Tester with 3−4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating software functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. This role requires strong testing skills, excellent communication abilities, fluency in Russian, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Essential Duties:

    • Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
    • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and user acceptance testing.
    • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
    • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
    • Validate software releases and ensure quality standards are met before deployment.
    • Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
    • Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
    • Support production validation and post-release testing activities as needed.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3−4 years of experience in manual software testing and quality assurance.
    • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
    • Experience creating and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
    • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
    • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian (written and spoken) is required.
    • · Strong communication and documentation skills.

    Preferred

    • English language proficiency (written and spoken) is preferred.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation.
    • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
    • · Exposure to test automation concepts and tools is advantageous.
