Remote Online Store Manager (Ukraine)

THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you will report directly to the Founder and CEO of a global premium menswear business — Bulat Barantaev (Google: «Barantaev gay», «Barantaev marketing»).

Wilton Europe UG is the Berlin-based powerhouse behind Maskulo and Outtox, highly distinctive brands of sexy club wear for men. Since 2014, customers from more than 100 countries have bought over 100'000 of our garments.

1. THE MISSION: Powering the Global Machine

Our founder is a creative catalyst who designs for where the market will be «the day after tomorrow,» crafting premium gear and experiences for active, successful urban professionals globally. To keep this high-performance vehicle moving at maximum velocity, he needs a structured, detail-obsessed operational anchor.

Because we are currently expanding, you will initially handle a wider, dynamic range of duties across our operational chain. However, as soon as several other specialized employees (whom we are recruiting simultaneously) occupy their seats, your responsibility area will become more focused: the successful functioning of our online store (s). This means keeping the major threads firmly in your hands — Store content, Performance, and Customer Experience — and representing the interests of our valued customers within our team, while continuing your direct connection with the owner.

You will step into a professional, high-performance sanctuary where transparency, facts, figures, and actual achievements are honored. We have zero tolerance for «office intrigues» or corporate games. Your work results will be visible to everyone — as well as your immediate impact on our global footprint.

2. THE SPECTRUM OF YOUR DAYS (YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES)

Your role is highly dynamic, bridging digital administration, international logistics, and creative localized presentation. The scope of your work is defined by three core pillars: Languages, Documents, People + AI. Powered by our stack of over 50 custom corporate AI tools («virtual employees» that the director developed himself), you will manage:

LANGUAGES (Shopify Platforms & Content)

  • Shopify Catalog Ownership: Maintain our master product database across 10+ localized domains (Europe, USA, UK, Switzerland, etc.). You will ensure that product listings, variant settings, and prices are flawlessly saved and synchronized.
  • Cultural Localization & Copywriting: You won’t just translate product descriptions; you will adapt them. Collaborating with our AI on Text Adapting and AI on Product Descriptions, your love for languages will help craft copy so natural that a customer in Stratford-upon-Avon or Köln, Bordeaux or Napoli, Austin TX or København will read the text and believe it was written by a local.

PEOPLE + AI (Supply Chain, Warehouses, Customers & Teams)

  • Global Sourcing & Production Coordination: You will coordinate the production of the gear and accessories that thousands of people across the globe are awaiting. Guided by our AI Manufacturing Expert, you will coordinate production schedules with our partners in China, manage product packaging, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Fulfillment & Stock Overwatch: Coordinate and trace stock flows between our main stockrooms and fulfillment hubs in Riga (Latvia) and Miami (USA), utilizing our AI on Order Fulfillment to keep warehousing teams aligned with active marketing campaigns and ensure zero delivery bottlenecks.
  • Operational Logistics: Handle varied tasks arising in team coordination, such as organizing a remote or local photo session, managing schedules, and distributing sample products.
  • Customer Experience Supervision: Supervise our automated customer channels. Our custom AI tools retrieve real-time data from our inner tracking systems to answer customer queries. Your job is to monitor this flow across SMS, WhatsApp, and email, stepping in to supervise quality or handle unique edge cases.

DOCUMENTS (Administration & Compliance)

  • Administrative, Financial & Legal Prep: Collect and organize incoming mail, business documents and receipts with the help of AI tools. Manual work with documents is prohibited. :-) With the help of an automated tool — easily recognize texts and turn mail into to-do lists or generate drafts of replies for the director’s approval. Or you ensure files are perfectly structured for our AI Accountant for monthly German, Latvian and American tax reporting.
  • Compliance Coordination: Work alongside our AI Legal Advisor and AI Customs Clearance Expert to generate documents, file and monitor international logistics paperwork, keeping customs processes seamless.

Openly presenting the results of your work, you will receive direct, clear feedback and personal validation from the director — seeing how your structural order is the shield that protects the brand’s expansion.
