Key Responsibilities

Product & Competitor Research

  • Conduct competitor and niche research for new product launches or products needing optimization.
  • Collect and organize data on competitors' pricing, ratings, reviews, images, offers, bundles, and positioning.
  • Analyze customer reviews to identify common complaints, pain points, and buying drivers.
  • Prepare structured competitor comparison reports and research summaries.
  • Support keyword research and marketplace SEO preparation.

Listing Creation & Optimization

  • Assist in preparing and optimizing product listings across marketplaces.
  • Collect and organize keywords for SEO optimization.
  • Review listing content for accuracy, consistency, and keyword coverage.
  • Verify character limits, formatting requirements, and marketplace compliance.
  • Prepare listing upload files and documentation.

Design & Content Coordination

  • Gather competitor image references and best practices.
  • Assist in preparing design briefs for graphic designers.
  • Review listing images and creative assets against approved briefs.
  • Ensure that key product benefits and selling points are properly communicated.

Amazon Listing Quality Control

  • Verify:
    • Titles
    • Bullet Points
    • Product Descriptions
    • Images
    • A+ Content
    • Variations
    • Pricing
    • Coupons
    • Backend Keywords
    • Product Attributes
    • Category Placement
  • Identify listing issues and communicate required corrections.

Product Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor product health indicators.
  • Track:
    • Reviews & Ratings
    • Pricing
    • Inventory Status
    • Keyword Rankings
  • Flag anomalies, opportunities, and potential risks.

Process & Documentation

  • Maintain organized documentation, trackers, SOPs, and launch checklists.
  • Ensure marketplace data and project information remain accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support operational improvements by identifying repetitive issues and inefficiencies.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, catalog management, or product listings.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English (B1) or higher.
  • Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA and Private Label brands.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Experience using Helium 10, Keepa, DataDive, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with PPC metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC.
  • Experience working with Asana, Notion.
  • Experience conducting competitor research and market analysis.
