Job description
Lexidesk is the AI client intake platform for law firms.
More than 50 firms run on us already, across personal injury, immigration, family law and more.
Modern Law put it plainly: «we doubled our client count with Lexidesk, the ROI is indisputable.»
King Law got 489 extra leads a month across 26 offices. Most people who call never even realise they’re talking to AI.
We started with the phone, answering every call 24/7 so firms stop losing cases to missed calls.
Now we are going for end-to-end intake automation. With a goal of making an average legal intake team of 8 people doing the same lead numbers with 2, and converting better than they did before.
The only problem: most law firms have no idea any of this is possible yet.
That’s your job to tell them.
What you’d actually do
Take something that sounds like sci-fi to a 55-year-old attorney and make them get it. Mostly with video.
Example of your day to day:
- Make product videos, explainer videos and launch videos. Think Tella screen recordings and ElevenLabs-style motion launches.
- Build content funnels. Quizzes, webinars, short courses, whatever actually turns your content into booked demos.
- Run product launches and communicating new features to customers in a structured way. as described here — https://harries.co/launch-your-product
- Film with our customers, launch case studies, customer stories and collect testimonials.
- Turn our podcasts and existing content into shorts law firm owners stop scrolling for.
- Show up where lawyers hang out. Reddit, Facebook groups, comments, DMs.
Requirements
- 2+ years doing social or content for a software company. B2B SaaS ideally. Legal is a big plus.
- You can edit video and make it look good. Motion design, AI tools like ElevenLabs, all of it.
- You write well.
- You’re ok with being on camera.
- You know what MCP is. Either you already use it, or you at least get the idea of using it to pull context from a CRM. Knowing what Skills are and how to use them is a big plus.
- You like to get deep into new topics and become an expert on them.
- You understand AI and how businesses use it, or you’ll learn it fast.
- English at C1 or close. You’ll be talking to US lawyers (potentially making deals with them to record for us)
Nice to have
- You are running or used to run a YouTube channel about AI for business.
- You’ve done legal or legal-tech marketing before.
- You think like a product manager. You like talking to users and turning what they say into content.
