    Job description

    We are looking for a part-time LinkedIn Outreach / Lead Generation Specialist to help us find and connect with potential B2B clients through LinkedIn.

    The main goal of this role is to identify relevant prospects, build lead lists, send personalized LinkedIn messages, and help create a consistent flow of qualified leads Requirements:

    • Experience with LinkedIn outreach or lead generation.
    • Understanding of how to find and qualify B2B prospects.
    • Ability to write short, clear, and personalized messages in English.
    • Good attention to detail when working with spreadsheets.
    • Responsibility, consistency, and the ability to work independently.
    • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, Clay, Lemlist, or similar tools will be a plus

    Work conditions:

    • Part-time position (up to 3 hours per day).
    • Fully remote.
    • Flexible working hours.
    • Long-term cooperation is possible if the results are good.
    • Payment will be discussed individually based on experience.
    • Fixed payment + bonus for qualified leads or booked calls can be considered

    Responsibilities:

    • Search for potential B2B clients on LinkedIn based on the provided criteria.
    • Build and organize lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM.
    • Send connection requests and follow-up messages.
    • Personalize outreach messages based on the prospect’s niche, role, and company.
    • Track outreach activity, replies, interested leads, and results.
    • Test different outreach messages and approaches.
    • Pass interested leads to the team for further communication

    Сompensation:

    • Fixed payment: from $500/month for part-time work.
    • Performance bonus for qualified leads or booked calls.
    • Additional commission: up to 20% of the first payment from every closed client generated through my closed deal after having made a call.
    • The final payment structure will depend on experience and results
