Somatic is a robotics startup building autonomous robots that take on real work in the real world. Our first robot cleans large public spaces like airports, hospitals, and office buildings, and it’s already on the job with real clients. Now we’re growing, and we need people who’ll help our robots get better every day.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone reliable who learns fast and wants to grow in modern tech: robotics, AI, and everything around them. You don’t need IT experience, but you need curiosity, focus, and the drive to level up, including your English.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor robots remotely from our office
• Help robots handle unusual or tricky situations
• Spot errors and failures, and report them to engineers using ready-made templates
• Collect data to train AI models (optional)

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Love learning:

• Are genuinely interested in technology, robotics, and AI
• Pick up new software and instructions quickly, even when everything is unfamiliar at first
• Can learn and apply new rules and procedures within a few days
• Aren’t afraid to ask questions, and look for answers on your own

Are responsible and disciplined:

• Show up on time and stick to your schedule without reminders
• Follow instructions carefully, even when tasks are repetitive
• Finish what you start and don’t leave problems «for later»
• Report mistakes honestly, both your own and the system’s, because the safety of people around the robot depends on it
• Pay attention to detail and can stay focused for long periods

Requirements:

• Fluent Ukrainian
• Basic English and a desire to improve it
• Higher education (any field)

Nice to have:

• English B1-B2. This will give you an advantage during selection.

No IT experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything.
