    We are looking for a Design Management Assistant to support the studio’s daily operations, help coordinate projects, improve internal processes, and become an essential part of bringing ambitious design projects to life.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Support project coordination and task tracking
    • Maintain Project Hubs and internal workflows
    • Prepare design specifications and vendor documentation
    • Research products, materials, and vendors across the North American market
    • Communicate with vendors regarding custom products and pricing
    • Organize project files and maintain studio documentation
    • Prepare client presentations using studio templates
    • Support quality control and project management processes
    • Contribute to studio research and continuous improvement initiatives

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree or education in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field is preferred
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
    • Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate English
    • Confidence working with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
    • 1+ year of professional experience
    • Previous experience in a design studio or collaborative team environment is a plus
    • Familiarity with interior design software, Canva, and AI tools is an advantage
