Concrete worker, Steel fixer to Estonia

About the Role

You will be working on a variety of infrastructure projects across Estonia, including bridges, foundations, and other concrete structures. We offer stable long-term employment with a reliable and professional team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and installation of reinforcement steel according to project drawings and technical specifications
• All types of concrete works including pouring, levelling, and finishing of concrete surfaces
• Erection and dismantling of formwork
• Cutting, bending, and tying of reinforcement steel
• Operating vibrators and other specialised concrete equipment
• Quality control of completed works
• Compliance with technical requirements and building regulations
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Collaboration and coordination with other construction specialists on site

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in concrete works and/or reinforcement installation
• Knowledge of various concrete working techniques
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good physical fitness for demanding physical work
• Responsible, precise, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Good teamwork skills
• Knowledge of construction site safety regulations
• Willingness to develop and grow professionally
