Senior Structural Analysis Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Perform global structural analysis of steel, precast concrete, and masonry buildings.
• Analyze and design structural connections.
• Optimize structural models and engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with architects on building layouts and structural concepts.
• Review and improve design solutions to ensure quality and constructability.
• Contribute to design automation and continuous process improvement.
• Communicate closely with design engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in structural analysis and engineering calculations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with structural analysis software; willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience with RFEM and/or IDEA StatiCa is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of construction methods and production processes.
• Ability to prepare design tasks and communicate engineering solutions effectively.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within an international team.
• English — Basic (reading and speaking).
