Job description
A young, fast-growing German brand in the personal healthcare category is looking for an e-commerce manager to run the business day-to-day. That means Amazon, Shopify, Kaufland, Shop Apotheke, DocMorris (and whatever marketplace we conquer next), plus everything around them that keeps a product business moving. - One brand, full ownership. You get one high-potential brand with a well-selling product that has a real USP, and you get to actually grow it.

- You’ll learn directly from a 7-figure Amazon seller. Weekly calls to steer your growth, share playbooks, and level you up fast.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing day-to-day business operations and reporting directly to the CEO.
- Keeping our Shopify store and marketplaces (Amazon, Kaufland, Shop Apotheke, DocMorris) in shape.
- Solving compliance and regulatory problems on Amazon and beyond. You don’t need to be a regulatory expert; you need to be someone who can dig into a rulebook and come out with an answer.
- Talking to external parties: marketplace support, testing labs, agencies, and the occasional customer escalation (think a couple of emails a week — this is not a customer service role). When there’s a question, you’re the person who picks it up and chases it to a resolution — not the person who waits for someone else to.
- Analyzing performance and turning numbers into decisions.
- Working with AI and continuously optimizing your own workflows.
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need a wall of certificates. We need someone sharp, curious, and hungry — we can teach you the rest. But we do need someone who’s already run e-commerce operations somewhere real and can be trusted to make calls without a manager in the room.
Must have:
- 1+ year running e-commerce operations.
- Good spoken & written English (B2+).
- Confident Excel / Google Sheets user.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central — you know your way around listings, shipments, deals, and reports.
- Experience with Helium 10.
- Confident LLM user (Claude, ChatGPT, whatever) — meaning you’ve built prompts, workflows, or automations that saved you real hours. Be ready to walk us through one.
- Independent and proactive: you can set goals and figure out how to hit them.
Big plus (but not a dealbreaker):
- Shopify experience.
- Experience with Kaufland, Shop Apotheke, DocMorris, MedPex or other marketplaces.
- German language skills.
