Job description

Digital Marketing Specialist — SEO, PPC, Email & YouTube

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to take full responsibility for the Brand marketing.

This is a full-cycle execution role. You will develop the marketing strategy and personally implement the main marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Build and optimize lead generation and sales funnels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage SEO strategy, keyword research, content optimization, and organic growth.
  • Create newsletters, automated email sequences, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
  • Manage CRM segmentation and marketing automation.
  • Develop offers, lead magnets, landing page structures, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing side of the company’s YouTube channel, including growth strategy, topics, publishing, optimization, distribution, and analytics.
  • Coordinate the required materials with designers, developers, video editors, and content experts.
  • Track leads, conversions, CAC, CPL, ROAS, revenue, and other marketing KPIs.
  • Continuously test new channels, messages, audiences, and marketing hypotheses.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Practical experience with PPC, SEO, email marketing, funnels, CRM, and analytics.
  • Experience promoting YouTube channels or using YouTube as a lead-generation channel.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and focus on measurable business results.
  • Experience in online education, digital products, or B2C marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Russian or Hebrew is a strong advantage.
