Senior Accountant (US Market)

We are a growing trucking and logistics company looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong accounting skills, and enjoy working with numbers, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Process payroll and driver settlements
• Monitor cash flow and company expenses
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Work closely with management to support financial decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of accounting experience in US the market (trucking or transportation industry experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
