    Job description

    B2B Sales Manager — US Market

    Income from UAH 50,000 with no earnings ceiling

    Food to Live is looking for a strong B2B sales professional who can turn opportunities into revenue.

    We need a proactive deal hunter who knows how to build relationships, overcome objections, close sales, and generate repeat business. This is a role for someone who is motivated by results and wants their income to grow together with sales performance.

    What You Will Do

    • Convert wholesale opportunities into completed orders.
    • Sell Food to Live products by case and pallet.
    • Work with independent retailers, specialty stores, wholesalers, and large distributors across the United States.
    • Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
    • Generate repeat sales through consistent follow-up.
    • Find new customers through cold calls, emails, and direct messages.
    • Negotiate pricing and sales terms according to company guidelines.
    • Prepare quotes, invoices, samples, and shipping arrangements.
    • Coordinate confirmed orders with the office, warehouse, and production teams.
    • Maintain customer and sales information in company spreadsheets.
    • Control payments under 100% prepayment terms.

    Who We Are Looking For

    • Proven sales experience, preferably in the US market.
    • Fluent spoken and written English.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Confidence in cold outreach and direct communication.
    • Commercial thinking and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
    • Persistence, energy, discipline, and ownership.
    • A strong desire to sell, grow revenue, and earn more through results.
    • Confident computer skills and a stable internet connection.

    This is a full-time remote contract position with a one-month probation period.
