Middle Technical Analyst

We are looking for a Middle Technical Analyst to support R&D and integration projects involving communication technologies, autonomous systems, and MANET solutions.

The role combines technical research, analysis of documentation and test results, preparation of structured reports, and close cooperation with engineers, manufacturers, integrators, and international technology partners.

This position would suit someone with strong analytical thinking, a technical or IT background, and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technologies and translate complex information into clear conclusions and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and analyse technical information related to R&D and integration projects.
• Review technical documentation, system specifications, testing protocols, and test results.
• Analyse system performance and behaviour under different operating conditions.
• Support research related to communication systems, radio technologies, and MANET solutions.
• Prepare analytical reports, technical summaries, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Visualise findings using Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and other appropriate tools.
• Use LLM and AI-based tools for research, information processing, documentation, and analytical tasks.
• Communicate with manufacturers, engineers, integrators, and partner teams.
• Cooperate directly with English-speaking international colleagues during meetings, testing, training, and integration activities.
• Support several parallel projects and quickly adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in technical analysis, data analysis, research, IT, systems integration, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and structured, systems-oriented thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to interpret and clearly present technical information.
• Experience with data visualisation, dashboards, or analytical reporting.
• English at B2 level or higher, sufficient for technical documentation, meetings, and direct communication with international partners.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technologies, products, and technical terminology.
• Driver’s license category «B».
• Willingness to learn the fundamentals of radio communication, communication systems, and radio equipment metrics.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work in a hybrid format in Kyiv and occasionally travel within Ukraine when required.

Nice to Have

• An educational or professional background in IT, engineering, data analysis, applied research, mathematics, sociology, or telecommunications.
• Experience working with technical test results, hardware products, R&D projects, or systems integration.
• Basic understanding of radio technologies, communication systems, networking, or MANET solutions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering or product teams.
