We are launching a brand-new, premium wellness and sports equipment retail boutique in a prime shopping mall location in Al Ain, UAE. We are seeking two energetic, customer-focused, and professional Retail Sales Executives to deliver an exceptional, boutique-tier shopping experience.

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE (Premium Shopping Mall — On-site)

Vacancies: 2 Openings (Female candidates preferred)

Compensation: USD 700−1,000 net monthly basic (based on experience) + attractive monthly performance bonuses upon hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Boutique Guest Experience: Welcome and guide clients in a friendly, highly professional, and premium retail environment.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customers' health, fitness, and wellness goals to recommend suitable top-tier sports and fitness equipment solutions.
• Target Achievement: Drive individual and showroom sales to consistently reach monthly targets and maximize performance-based incentives.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with fitness enthusiasts and corporate clients to build strong brand loyalty.
• Visual & Operational Standards: Maintain excellent product knowledge, ensuring the boutique remains meticulously organized, visually polished, and premium.
• Daily Operations Support: Assist with routine store operations, including inventory tracking, cash handling, and point-of-sale management.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional Experience: Proven background working within a retail storefront environment. Prior experience in premium retail, fitness, wellness, or luxury goods is highly advantageous.
• Language & Fluency: Outstanding English communication skills (B2-C1 level minimum) are required. Basic conversational or fluent Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Interpersonal Skills: Highly expressive, warm, and confident when presenting technical features or design benefits to customers.
• Mindset: A results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude with an active interest or passion for sports, fitness, or healthy living.
• Professional Presentation: Polished personal presentation and grooming appropriate for a premium mall boutique environment.
