Lead Architect (Revit, USA)

NEWSTAFF is a Ukrainian architecture and engineering company collaborating with clients across Israel, Europe, and the United States.

We are currently expanding our dedicated team working on high-profile High-rise Residential developments for the US market. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex architectural projects in one of the world’s most demanding markets while working remotely from Ukraine.

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and ambitious Lead Architect who can drive architectural solutions, maintain high technical standards, and lead BIM workflows.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful experience as a Lead Architect or Senior Architect.
• Direct experience working on high-rise residential projects (High-rise Residential).
• Hands-on experience with US architectural projects, building codes, and standard delivery phases.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) — fluent speaking and written skills for daily professional communication.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant US projects, high-rise details, and Revit models.

• Working Hours: Comfortable schedule 09:00 — 18:00 Kyiv Time (Monday-Friday).
