Quality Assurance Specialist

Location in Kyiv: business center «CityZen», Vasylkivska metro station

Type: Full-time Shift: 15:00 — 01:00 (8 hrs in-office, 2 hrs remote)

In this role, you will help maintain high service standards by evaluating customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and providing valuable feedback to our operators 📌

Responsibilities:

• Listen to and review operators' phone calls, chats, and other customer interactions
• Evaluate service quality according to the company’s standards and internal guidelines
• Identify strengths and areas for improvement in customer communication
• Prepare quality assurance reports based on evaluation results
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to team members
• Monitor compliance with company policies and customer service standards

🧩 Requirements:

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Understanding of customer service principles and effective communication
• Ability to provide clear, professional, and constructive feedback
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
