About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will arrange daily transportation operations by dispatching drivers and supporting route planning.

Your work directly impacts the quality of service we provide to our customers: on time delivery, accurate shipment updates, and smooth transportation.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate daily shipments by assisting with driver route planning, pick-ups, and deliveries;
• Register and manage container deliveries on the rail;
• Dispatch drivers and make sure they have the information needed to complete deliveries on time;
• Communicate with drivers during the shift to provide updates, clarify details, and resolve operational issues;
• Maintain transportation-related documentation and keep shipment information accurate and up to date;
• Collaborate with the Operations team to keep workflow clear across shifts.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of previous experience in US-based transportation company as Support Representative, Tracking Assistant or Dispatcher positions);
• Excellent verbal and written English skills;
• Proficient Computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel);
• Extreme focus on organization and time management;
• Attention to details and multitasking skills.

Work conditions:

• Hybrid work at the Kyiv city center (M/A shifts — office work & N shifts — remote).
• Shift Schedule: 5 working days/3 days off.

1. Morning shift (7 AM — 2 PM);
2. Afternoon shift (2 PM — 10 PM);
3. Night shift (10 PM — 7 AM).(Please note that the schedule includes all shifts).
