We are looking for an experienced and proactive Structural Engineering Project Manager to join our international team.

This role is for a strong structural engineer who can lead technical projects, coordinate with architects and engineers, review design solutions, and ensure that structural projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Your Superpowers

• 4+ years of experience in structural engineering;
• Proven experience leading technical/design projects and coordinating engineering teams;
• Strong communication experience with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders;
• Good understanding of the complete building design process, from concept and architectural design to detailed engineering and construction documentation;
• Strong experience in structural calculations and analysis;
• Solid understanding of:
  • foundation engineering;
  • earthworks and ground-related solutions;
  • steel frame structures;
  • reinforced concrete frame structures;
  • precast concrete structures;
  • masonry structures;
• Experience working with Eurocodes;
• Ability to understand and review structural solutions in 3D BIM models;
• Experience with structural analysis software such as RFEM, IDEA StatiCa, SCAD, Robot, or similar;
• Experience with Revit, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, or other BIM/CAD software;
• Ability to check and review other engineers' designs and 3D models;
• Natural leadership skills, strong discipline, and a high level of responsibility;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make fast and practical engineering decisions;
• Proactive attitude and strong willingness to work hands-on, not only manage;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical results;
• Good English communication skills (B1+ / B2 preferred).

Daily Tasks

• Lead structural engineering projects from the technical side;
• Coordinate the work of structural engineers and designers;
• Communicate with architects and other disciplines to coordinate project solutions;
• Review architectural concepts and develop appropriate structural solutions;
• Manage and coordinate structural design according to project requirements and deadlines;
• Perform and review structural calculations;
• Check structural models, drawings, and technical documentation prepared by other engineers;
• Review 3D BIM models and identify technical or coordination issues;
• Work with different structural systems, including steel, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, and masonry;
• Coordinate foundation and earthwork solutions with the relevant specialists;
• Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions;
• Ensure that engineering solutions comply with Eurocodes and project standards;
• Participate in technical meetings and communicate engineering decisions clearly;
• Support the team in solving complex technical and design problems;
• Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of structural engineering work.
