Junior Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and proactive approach to outbound communication
• Ability to research companies and find relevant decision-makers
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, CTV, OTT, programmatic advertising, SaaS, or digital media
• Experience with outbound sales or lead generation
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
• Experience with CRM systems
• Understanding of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, publishers, and programmatic advertising

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and identify potential publishers, OTT/CTV platforms, app developers, and media partners
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners
• Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
• Schedule introductory calls and assist in preparing for meetings
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospects
• Work closely with the BD team to move prospects through the sales funnel
• Keep CRM and lead databases up to date
